  Fraudsters !! Avoid this place !! Owner didnt want to refund me my money (2 weeks after my cars break down - bought from Savile Road Garage). Positive reviews (about few successful repairs) written by OWNERS SISTER !! Check by yourself. Negative comments are being deleted and customer opinions are hidden on their fb profile. Damaged cars without warranty - damaged engine, oil leakage, damaged brakes and timing belt. Ordinary scammers !! They didnt even send the documents to DVLA and I have problems with tax cancellation right now. The owner did not want to refund me because I did not have documents (which they did not send - DVLA did not receive any information from them). Today I finally got my money back after repeated warnings that I will go to court. The owner (who only came for my signature on the car sales document) came with his biggest employee, which was an intimidation attempt. Fortunately, the outdoor cameras recorded it. Summarizing. I bought a car from them almost 2 months ago. Serious problems began around 19/11 and on 23/11 I went to them. They misdiagnosed the fault and they said that "everything is all right now". Later it turned out that the person who served me was not even their employee and they tried to blame me. Fortunately, I always record everything so I have recording of this person that clearly shows that he is in the area only for employees and also serves others behind the employees desk. 5/12 I almost lost control of the steering wheel on the highway in the middle of my work. This was a nightmare. The car has been towed away. Causes - damaged engine, oil leakage, damaged timing belt, completely worn brakes, dangerous tires that should never pass their MOT. Theyve been keeping my car for the last 2 weeks without any repair. After 2 weeks I got a message that the repair price is too high and "they agree to refund me". Can you understand this insolent behavior? They sell dangerous cars, treat the customer like rubbish, they keep the car and do not care that the customer needs it to work and loses money. I will sue them soon. If you are interested in joining, please contact me. Do you want to have an accident with your children on the highway because of those people ?! Remember that you have been warned - the choice is yours. If even one of the things described here is false, I hope that the owner will go to court that I spread false opinions - a damaged car, incorrect diagnostics (a person that should never touch my car and even talk to me), false positive opinions of the owners sister about his business, 2 weeks of keeping the car without any deadline and any repair, no documents in DVLA and todays (22/12) visit of the owner with his employee which was a very frightening experience.
